Our plastic injection division mainly produces plastic parts for home appliances. With investment in more than 45 sets of equipment ranging from 90 to 1800 tons, we can produce products from small plastic parts weighing a few grams to 5 kg.

Built according to international standards in 2020, our modern 13,000 sqm workshop integrates storage, design, mold, production, quality control, and printing. With 300 employees and senior Chinese technicians, we deliver higher production capacity at competitive prices.

Metal Fabrication

JW Sheet Metal

JW Sheet Metal is a leader among all existing players in the metalworking and manufacturing industry. With nearly 10,000 sqm facility, we have a coil cutting line, 89 stamping equipment, and nearly 45 assembly equipment with over 500 employees.

Our engineers have unique expertise in tool design and can provide detailed part drawings, prototypes, and production tools on request. We are increasingly aware of the importance of delivering to customers on time with competitive prices.

Door Seal Manufacturing

Gasket Division

With ten years of experience in gasket mold design, manufacturing, material production, product production, and quality control. We have two sets of advanced extrusion welding equipment with 40 fixed staff and 5 senior technicians.

Our capacity of 5,000 sets per day can provide qualified gaskets for 150,000 refrigerators per month. We produce both magnetic strips and PVC materials in-house with quality tested by our factory laboratory.

Wire & Cable Production

Wire & Cable Division

Established in 2016, all equipment, technology, management, and quality management are provided by a long-term supplier to the home appliance industry in China. After years of local operation, we have mastered Pakistani electrical, home improvement, and engineering market wire standards.

We have stable raw material suppliers, wire extrusion line, copper wire/wire stranding machine equipment, terminal machine, wire stripping machine, and testing equipment. We can independently design molds and formulate standards.

Plastic Sheet Production

Sheet Extrusion Division

Established in 2012, this project has two three-layer plastic extruders which can provide customers with refrigerator liners, water dispenser liners, billboards, and plates. Daily output is 25 tons with materials including ABS/HIPS.

With 4 senior technical staff, we provide customers with high-quality products for various applications in the home appliance and signage industries.

Packaging Solutions

Packaging Division

We have two plastic packaging belt extrusion equipment with monthly production capacity of 50 tons. We can provide customers with packaging bags with width ranging from 100-1500mm.

Tool & Die Making

Mold & Die Division

Following the establishment of the sheet metal project, this division provides mold design, repair, and maintenance support. With more than ten years of design and manufacturing experience, we have designed and manufactured a large number of mold templates for market and home appliances/engineering projects.

Our mold project cooperates with Belt and Road infrastructure companies including China Railway bureaus, Anhui Power Construction, Tianjin Power Construction, and Huaneng, providing building materials design and processing.

Quality Assurance

Quality Testing Lab

In 2018, we developed our quality lab with a big range of high-quality testing equipment. We can perform multiple tests on cable products, sheet metal products, HIPS and ABS products, and gas kit products.

Our quality system receives raw materials and parts from suppliers, and after confirmation and lab test qualification, materials are transferred for further processing. We also test final products for performance and reliability.
